Lydia has volunteered for years at Grace Community Food Pantry, a Christian ministry that gives groceries to families in need. She was working the distribution line when a man she later identified as the defendant took several boxes of donated canned goods from the loading area without authorization. At trial for theft, Lydia testified for the prosecution. Before she took the stand, she had trouble remembering the exact sequence of what she saw the defendant load and carry. To prepare, she refreshed her memory by silently reviewing a short incident report that Timothy, the pantry's volunteer coordinator, had written the day after the event. The defendant has asked to examine the report. How should the court respond?
